PANDAKOALA Warranty and Customer Care
At Pandakoala, we take pride in the quality and durability of our travel, business, and bag collections. All our products come with a two (2) year warranty, effective from the date of purchase or delivery. This warranty is valid for purchases made through authorized Pandakoala stores, dealers, or our official website, www.pandakoala.co.
First Year of Ownership
For the first 12 months, your Pandakoala product is covered against damage caused by normal wear and tear, airline handling, or transit-related issues.
- If the product is beyond repair, we will replace it with a new item or one of similar value.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, stains, or fading.
- Incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
Two-Year Coverage
For two years, we will address any manufacturing defects and issues with materials or workmanship, such as:
- Faulty handles
- Zippers
- Locks
Important Note: Damage caused during airline handling or transit beyond the first year must be claimed directly with the carrier. As with the first year, cosmetic damage, abuse, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

To process warranty claims:
- Retain your store receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
- If you’ve registered your product with our Pandakoala Tracker® Program, we can verify the purchase date and warranty status more efficiently.
Note: In some regions, an original store receipt may still be required to validate warranty claims.
