PANDAKOALA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pandakoala, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and exchange process.
Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center at www.pandakoala.co/returns.
- Fill in the return/exchange form and provide details like your order number, product images (if defective), and contact information.
- Choose your preferred return method: courier pick-up or drop-off at a designated location.
3. Packaging the Product
- Repack the product securely. If the original box is unavailable, any sturdy box can be used.
- Attach the provided return label to the package.
4. Return & Refund Process
- Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
- If approved:
- Exchanges: We’ll process your replacement and ship it to you.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued as Pandakoala store credit for future purchases. Processing takes 7–10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No Cash Refunds: Refunds will only be provided as store credit unless the issue is due to a fault on our end.
