To place an order, you must be:

  • Providing accurate and complete personal and payment details.

2.2. Ordering Process

Here’s how you can shop with us:

  1. Browse our products and add your favorites to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout, select your preferred shipping method, and complete payment via:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Tabby (Pay in 4 Installments)
    • Tamara (Pay in 4 Installments)
  3. Confirm your order by clicking the “Place Order” button.
  4. Once your payment is verified, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Please note that an Order Confirmation Email does not guarantee product availability—it simply confirms we received your request.

3. Payment

  • Payments can be made using the listed options:
    • Visa / Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards
    • Cash on Delivery
    • Tabby or Tamara for installment payments.
  • For international orders, bank or currency conversion fees may apply. Pandakoala.co is not responsible for these charges.
  • All orders must be paid in the currency indicated at checkout.

We take every precaution to ensure your payment is secure, and we reserve the right to verify payment information if necessary.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location:
    • UAE: 2-3 business days
    • International: Delivery times will be indicated during checkout.

4.2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.

4.3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link.

4.4. Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Pandakoala purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you can do:

5.1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned:
    • In unused condition with original packaging.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5.2. Refunds

  • Cash refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill or process your order.
  • For all other cases, refunds will be issued as store credit to your Pandakoala account or as a Pandakoala Gift Card.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges or returns must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

6. Product Descriptions and Pricing

  • We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
  • In the rare case of a pricing or stock availability error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Warranty

All products sold on Pandakoala.co are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damages caused by improper use, accidents, or third-party services.

8. Liability

Pandakoala.co will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
  • Incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product in question.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
